Guy Dalton-Griffin
Guy is the Founder and CEO of SAUCED.
SAUCED works with some of the world's most exciting hyper-growth software start-ups on their GTM recruitment needs.
Guy entered the world of Technology Recruitment in 2011 and after a very steep learning curve at CD Sales Recruitment, he was promoted into a senior role in a company record timeframe and went on to deliver back-to-back President’s Club performance billings.
Through various positions within other agencies he learnt quickly the art of building something from scratch.
After a successful number of years he was approached by the Founder’s and MD of CD Sales Recruitment and asked to return to the business within a Management capacity to build their Big Data & MarTech team.
Over the next 5 years he established himself as an integral and indispensable member of the leadership team by not only generating record breaking annual revenues each year but also coaching and developing new starters into President’s Club performers and Manager’s.
Throughout this time and under his guidance, the team scaled many household software start-ups, with the most memorable and noteworthy being Snowflake. Throughout his time at CD, over 100 placements were made with Snowflake globally and this ultimately contributed to one of the most successful IPOs of all time.
He is now living his life long dream of owning and running his own recruitment company, SAUCED.
